Failed generations

Credits spent on failed generations are refunded automatically to your workspace balance.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Access and remaining credits continue until the end of the current billing period. Renewals after cancellation are not charged.

Consumer withdrawal (EU)

By starting your subscription and immediately using generation credits, you expressly agree that performance begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed for the consumed credits.
